Support
MCB offers telephone support free as part of our standard internet service. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, calls are charged at the standard local rate. We are happy to provide onsite support for both residential and business clients or if you have a computer problem that cannot be resolved over the phone, you can drop the offending article(s) in to us for a free initial consultation, and if there is significant time or components required call you with a quote.

Consultancy
The knowledge and skills required to run an ISP are in many ways more demanding than those required for installing and configuring office and personal computers. Our employees have many years of experience in developing, configuring and managing computer systems that are robust (our main file server has been running continously of over eighteen months..and counting) and secure. We are also capable of designing and writing bespoke software using languages such as Javascript, PHP and SQL.
